安装相关依赖

操作步骤

1. 使用PuTTY工具，以root用户登录服务器。
2. 安装依赖

   yum install python3 python3-pip openblas-devel lapack-devel git
   pip3 install protobuf numpy wheel patchelf pyyaml jinja2 --trusted-host pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
